Facility Name Look Up Guide

Sometimes, the common name for a facility is different than the official name. For example, USCG Base Honolulu is often referred to as USCG Base Sand Island.

The purpose of this document is to help ensure that the correct name is entered for the facility currently being registered for Omnivee® Vendor Program. Facilities are listed in alphabetical order.
