OMNIVEE® VISITOR Onboarding

Streamline and automate visitor processing with Omnivee® Visitor Onboarding. This service allows visitors to submit their visit request online ahead of time so their request can be processed before their arrival. Omnivee Visitor Onboarding reduces wait time, administrative paperwork, foot traffic at visitor/welcome centers, and overhead while creating a standard, efficient visitor experience for all.

Omnivee Visitor Onboarding verifies the visitor has a valid reason for visiting including who the visitor is coming to see and the purpose of their visit. Once verified, visitors are added automatically to an approved access list. You can integrate the service with their own physical access control system, or visitors can present their government-issued ID to be scanned and validated through the Omnivee® Visitor program (separate subscription required).

Throughout this process, regular status updates are communicated to the visitor so they always know where they are in the process. Optional vetting of each visitor can be provided by Fortior Solutions if desired. Omnivee Visitor Onboarding is configurable based upon your organization’s needs.
