Company Account Management
If there were two Company Administrators and one is gone, we will reach out to the remaining Company Administrator to verify you as a new authorized Company Administrator for your company.
If there are no remaining Company Administrators and you are now the sole point of contact, an Omnivee Vendor Support representative will call out to the company phone number on file ask for the highest member of management in the former Company Administrator’s department. Once you are confirmed as the new Company Administrator, we will set up your Company Administrator PIN and will send you an e-mail detailing the Roles and Responsibilities of a company administrator.
Contact Omnivee Vendor Support with Employee Name and the facility at which they need access.
If an employee’s participation was disabled, their subscription will have continued and may require the employee to pay an annual renewal fee.
If the employee does not possess an active credential, a new Omnivee Vendor Credential will need to be ordered, and a Credential Management Fee will be charged.
Call or email Support with your request including the reason you’re requesting to turn off access. You will need to provide:
- Your 8-Digit Company Administrator PIN and name
- Participant Name
- Reason for request
- Credential has been Lost/Stolen
- Credential has been Damaged/Broken
- The participant no longer needs Omnivee Vendor access
- The participant is no longer with your company
Only authorized employees should register under your company. Subcontractors, Independent Contractors, etc., need to enroll under their own account.
The Company Administrator will need to collect the Omnivee Vendor Credential and notify an Omnivee Vendor Support representative so they can remove the participant from the Program. A new Omnivee Vendor Credential will need to be ordered if the participant is authorized to participate in the Program again.
Once the company is no longer an active participant in the Omnivee Vendor program, you will lose your access privileges regardless of expiration.
Please contact Omnivee Vendor Support. We will assist you in updating your employee’s name and ensure that your employee will be able to pick up their Omnivee Vendor credential.
Please note that the way your employee’s name will appear on their credential is included in authorization email that is sent before your employee is processed. If an employee’s name does not appear correctly in the authorization email, please respond accordingly so that we can update this information and prevent delays as well as a possible additional $40.00 Credential Management Fee.
The Omnivee Vendor program will email you a list of outstanding renewals. Please respond to the email with authorization and preferred payment method. If an employee is paying using their own payment method, please have them contact Support with their authorization. We will not be able to process the renewal until we have received both authorizations.
DID YOU KNOW…
You can renew up to 60 days in advance of your renewal date. Renewing early offers many advantages such as: avoiding gaps in facility access; allowing time to go through the waiver/adjudication process, if needed; providing the facility with sufficient time to review the waiver request prior to the credential expiring.
Remember: Changes in the participant’s criminal record may affect background screening results, causing an immediate loss of access privileges (option to apply for a waiver or adjudicate results).
For employees who are already on a waiver request: If a new facility is added, this may result in the need to re-waiver at all facility(ies)

Company Administrator
We may require your Company Administrator PIN in the following circumstances:
On the web enrollment form, under the “Existing Customers” option.
When calling Omnivee Vendor Support (877.727.4342), you will provide the Company Administrator PIN to the Omnivee Vendor automated system or representative who takes your call. Once you have provided your Company Administrator PIN, you may make changes to your account.
When using live chat or email to request a participant/credential deactivation.
The Company Administrator PIN will allow us to verify that the individual contacting us is an authorized Omnivee Vendor Company Administrator and may make changes to the account.
The Company Administrator PIN serves as an additional layer of verification when using the Web Enrollment Form to add a new facility to an existing account as well as authorizing deactivations of credentials.
The person designated by your company as the Company Administrator is responsible for managing the Omnivee Vendor program for your company.
The Company Administrator Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a unique identifier that shows that you are the legitimate Company Administrator for your account.
Please notify Omnivee Vendor as soon as possible that the former Company Administrator has left your company, and we will update your account to reflect that the individual is no longer authorized to make changes on the account.
No, the Company Administrator PIN is an 8 digit number, not related to your Company Code, that we use to identify you before making account changes or providing account specific information.
At this time, we do require an 8-digit numerical Company Administrator PIN with no letters or symbols. We recommend choosing a Company Administrator PIN that you will easily remember.
No, you will not need to provide an Company Administrator PIN if you do not need to make any changes or authorizations on the account, or if you are only requesting general information.
Please call us at 877.727.4342.
One of our Omnivee Vendor Support representatives will re-send the PIN verification email to the email address on file. The verification email will contain your PIN. You may keep the email for your records.
While you may choose to reuse your Company Administrator PIN across multiple accounts, you can make your accounts more secure by using a unique Company Administrator PIN for each account.
You may have up to two points of contact on your account at any given time. Each Company Administrator should select their own unique 8-digit Company Administrator PIN.
After submitting a company enrollment form, the Company Administrator PIN request email will be sent. To set up your Company Administrator PIN, respond to the Company Administrator PIN request email with the 8-digit number you would like to use. Once your Company Administrator PIN has been set, you will receive email confirmation of the PIN you have chosen. You may keep this email for your records.
Call Omnivee Vendor Support at 877.727.4342, or email at vendorsupport@omnivee.com.
Your Company Administrator PIN will be verified on the phone, when using live chat, and in emails involving participant deactivations.
Yes, you may change your Company Administrator PIN by confirming your current PIN. You will then receive a verification email at the address listed on your account stating that your PIN has been successfully changed.
You may choose to digitally sign your email or call us.
The Company Administrator is responsible for:

No. You may only have two Company Administrators (one primary and one secondary) on your account at any given time, and those individuals are the only ones who may make changes to the account or provide authorizations.
Company Enrollment
An independent contractor/sole proprietor (IC/SP) is a one-person business that has not established a formal business entity. This person is “self-employed” (i.e., not employed by any other business, person, or entity) and enrollee does not have any additional participants that may need facility access. Once enrolled the participant acts as the Company Administrator on the account.
Note: IC/SP participants are eligible for the Standard, RG-90, and Enterprise Options.
A Tenant Sponsor is a point of contact located at the facility that can verify your company has legitimate business. A Tenant Sponsor’s Organization is a Sponsor’s specific organization or department, not the facility name or branch (e.g., commissary, CGX).
The ACL (Approved Company List) is a list of companies approved to participate in the Omnivee Vendor program. If your company is not on the ACL, Fortior Solutions will send an email request to the appropriate sponsoring authority requesting approval for the company to enroll in the program.
Yes. Each company needs to be registered under their own company name.
The process usually takes from 1-3 weeks to be completed.
Your sponsor will be your military or government contact at the facility that can confirm that you have legitimate business to conduct at the facility.
If you are still unsure who your tenant sponsor is, talk with the military or government contact with whom you do business. Ask if they are able to sponsor your Omnivee Vendor program company enrollment or if they can refer you to someone who can.
To access additional facilities, your company will need to submit a Company Enrollment Form for each additional facility.

Once a credential has been deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. A new credential may be ordered for a fee of $40.00 ($41.88 in Hawaii).
Your Omnivee Vendor Credential will be shipped to your primary facility location. The Omnivee Vendor program will notify you and/or your Company Administrator through email once your credential is ready for pick up.
You will be notified your credential is ready for pick up in approximately 2 weeks after your Company Administrator has authorized your registration. The following must be completed prior to credential notification:

- Credential printed and shipped
If you have not received any information within 3 weeks of registration, contact your Company Administrator.
You can ensure a successful credential issuance and avoid delays by scheduling an appointment within the 60-day timeframe, and by providing the required identity documents when you go to receive your Omnivee Vendor Credential.
Your Company Administrator will be notified prior to your credential expiring to authorize payment for replacement credential.
Contact Omnivee Vendor Support immediately.
The Company Administrator will need to provide authorization and method of payment for a replacement credential. You and/or the Company Administrator will be notified when the credential is available for pick up
NOTE: The Omnivee Vendor program will deactivate your damaged/lost credential.
A $40 Credential Management Fee will apply, plus any applicable taxes and surcharges.
Expired credentials should be destroyed and notification sent to Omnivee Vendor Program Support via email to vendorsupport@omnivee.com
A new credential will be ordered at no cost when the participant’s annual service date is renewed and exceeds the expiration date of the Omnivee Vendor credential.
No, the process is dependent on multiple factors including screenings and authorizations.
Please contact Omnivee Vendor Support to initiate the name change process:
NOTE: the way the participant’s name appears on their credential is included in the authorization email that is sent to the Company Administrator before being processed. If a participant’s name does not appear correctly in the authorization email, please let us know so that we can update this information. This prevents delays and additional fees.
Omnivee Vendor access privileges are on an annual subscription basis and will need to be renewed for continued service. The expiration date on the physical credential determines when a new credential will need to be issued.
NOTE: The Company Administrator will be notified of renewal authorizations within 60 days prior to a subscription expiring.
As a Company Administrator it is your responsibility to recover and effectively destroy expired and/or deactivated Omnivee Vendor Credentials. This specifically includes the credentials of employees whose employment has terminated; employees who have been deactivated from the Omnivee Vendor program (e.g., due to misuse of a program credential or due to a background screening fail result) and employees who no longer have a need to access the participating military facility.
There are a few simple steps you must take to ensure your company properly handles credential recovery and destruction:
We suggest following your normal asset (i.e. company provided laptop/computer, phone, credential…) collection process for when someone leaves your company
- Recover and Destroy Credentials – Credentials should be recovered and destroyed immediately. Credentials must be shredded to ensure credentials cannot be utilized. In addition, please notify Omnivee Vendor Support with the reason(s) why your employee no longer requires access. We will effectively deactivate the credential. Please note that a credential cannot be reactivated once it has been deactivated.
- Monthly Review – Change can happen at any time. Therefore, to ensure that your company is in compliance with proper credential recovery and destruction, we recommend that you perform a monthly review of all active credentials and employee statuses. For your convenience, we send a list of all active employees monthly. In addition, you can request an active participant list at any time.
- Keep a Log – We recommend that you keep a current log of all your employees that have active credentials. When an employee leaves or changes jobs, you can then indicate in that log the date that you recovered and destroyed the employee’s credential.
No. Contact Omnivee Vendor Support to initiate the process.
Your employee’s Omnivee Vendor Credential will be available for pickup approximately 15-28 business days after you have authorized the registration transaction. Your company will be notified when the credential is ready to be picked up.
The Omnivee Vendor Credential will allow access to the facility for up to one year until expired or deactivated. Participation must be renewed annually, or valid access is revoked.
Every product undergoes normal wear and tear. To minimize its effects on your credential – and to help it last longer before it needs replacing – there are a few easy steps you can follow. Click here to download a booklet on how to clean and care for your credential.

The Omnivee Vendor program from Fortior Solutions, provides a credential for vendors, suppliers, service providers, and contractors that require access to participating facilities. Participation is voluntary.
In response to federal security directives, government facilities are continuing to strengthen security procedures for facility access. To maintain and improve business relations with vendors and contractors, facilities are implementing the Omnivee Vendor program to manage and streamline secure access.
The Omnivee Vendor-90 Option is available for participants who need short-term access to facilities. This option offers participants access for up to 90 days.
The Omnivee Vendor Program is designed to save you time and money, improve customer service, and reduce your risk. Here’s how:
1) Save Time: When your employees qualify for an Omnivee Vendor Credential, they can bypass many normal access control procedure, including bypassing vehicle inspection and daily visits to the Pass and ID Office to obtain a day pass. This reduces drive time AND time spent waiting in lines. That’s a real convenience to your employees and a substantial cost savings for your company.
2) Save Money: With shorter drive times and less waiting in line, you’re saving on employee costs, vehicle costs, fuel costs, and other overhead. Also, you don’t have to employ time or resources to manage access privileges and credentials for your employees who access the facility.
3) Improve Customer Service: When your employees have shorter, more predictable access times, they can be on the job when you need them. Your customers can count on your employees being on time and you may be able to schedule more jobs for the same resources. These are some of the many ways the Omnivee Vendor Program gives you a competitive edge.
4) Lower Risk: The Omnivee Vendor Program makes sure your employees meet the background screening standards of the facility, fulfilling your contractual obligations. In addition, when an employee leaves, with your notice we terminate that person’s access privileges to the facility in minutes, protecting you and your customer.
Yes! If you need access to additional facilities, just fill out the Omnivee Vendor online enrollment form as an “Existing Customer.”
